To undertake various surgeries, we have developed three dedicated operation theaters, each one of which is manned by a team of nursing and technical staff that’s trained in various sub-specialties. Further, we have dedicated recovery wards, wherein the patients are looked after post-surgery. This task is undertaken by a specialized team, which is designated for this purpose. In order to ensure that the patients get the ideal post operative monitoring, especially for the initial few hours, we see to it that a nurse patient ratio of 1:1 is maintained. We maintain this ratio, so as to ensure that the patients do not face any problem in their most critical period after any type of anesthesia or surgery.
