We have retrofitted the mechanism of abb,areva make out door pc vcbs and s&s,areva,mei make indoor breakers.
this mechanism is designed to give 25000 trouble free operations.
trip and close coil rating is 100 watts only.
it is a cam operated type. We can design the cam profile to suit the data sheet of any make of vacuum interrupter.
the main guiding points are bearing guided.
the closing force is comparitively lower than any reputed makes but still the output and closing speed remains same. Depending on the space available compression or tension closing spring can be supplied.
the charging  is done with a ratchet wheel and drive and holding pawls.
the motor for charging is geared one.
max spring charge time is 10 sec. 
even with all these the cost aspect is very economical and is lower than any other mechanism.
