Ofloxacin USP 2 mg
Sodium Chloride 0.9%w/v
Water for injection q.s.

CATEGORY: Quinolone antibiotic. Antibacterial action.
INDICATIONS: Genito urinary, respiratory, Gastro intestinal, Skin and soft tissue infections. Peritonitis. Gonorrhoea.
DOSAGE: For Intravenous infusion only 2 mg/ml
STORAGE: Single dose container.
ADVERSE EFFECTS: Nausea or pain/ redness at the injecton site may occur, Persistent fever, Diarrhoea, drowsiness, Dizziness, Stomach pain, Chest pain, irregular pulse, seizures.
