The outer walls of noise proof enclosures are made up of mild steel sheeting and are generally 1.6-2.5mm thick. The internal lining is done as per the requirements. The lining material can vary from rockwool covered with perforated metal to foams and composites. Inlets and outlets are provided in acoustical enclosure for power press to allow the entry and exit of product.
Enclosures are also provided for fans emitting considerable noise through the casing and are provision for air inlet and outlet are also provided. A small ventilation fan may be needed to remove the electric motor heat.
