We formulate optimum quality Citric Acid that exists in greater amounts in a variety of fruits and vegetables, most notably citrus fruits such as lemons and limes in 1.44 and 1.38 grams per ounce respectively. The concentrations of citric acid in citrus fruits vary depending on the conditions in which the fruit was grown.

    In biochemistry, it acts as an  intermediate in the citric acid cycle
