The archway of the metal detector is symbolically divided into 9 overlapping zones. 9 zones are Left Top, Center Top, Right Top, Left Middle, Center Middle, Top Middle, Left Bottom, Center Bottom and Right Bottom Metal on right side of the body is indicated illumination of detector Lights on the right panel, left side on left panel and metal in the center of the body is indicated by illumination of detector lights of both the panels. The lights illuminate to the corresponding height level in all cases. If high metal qty, one or more zones will illuminate Metal Locator Display: There are 9 alarm LED’s on Control panel on a symbolic body showing the alarming zone. This display whether the point of detection is in the right / left / center of the body at the corresponding height level. The size of threat level is indicated by the color of the LED’s on the control panel. Red LED’s show high metal quantity This display / detection operated only when the InfraRed beam is broken when a person passes through the detector Security sensitivity level: The DEMD has 10 separate Security Levels from 0 to 9. The level 0 / NC represent the pre-set highest security level where even small metals are also detected Application areas: Airports, VVIP Security, Parliament, Important strategic buildings, and parking etc. Detects all ferrous / non-ferrous, metal alloys, ferrite etc. at all speeds, at all body locations.
