We are proficient in offering a wide variety of Monolithic formulations (like Ramming Mass suitable for both Induction and Arc furnaces) which are widely used by various Casting Foundries. These foundries use furnaces for melting of Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Manganese Steel. The various formulations offered by us are based on Magnesite and are used for the lining of these furnaces. 

The various materials used and their details are as follows: 

• Indspinel A and C: Indspinel is an induction furnace ramming material that is made using Dead Burnt Magnesite clinker. Indspinel A contains Alumina and Indspinel C consists of Chrome.
• Indpatch: Indpatch is a material that is intended for repairing the erosion and other cracks that form in the lining due to regular usage.
• Indkote: Indkote is a refractory powder that is based on high MgO and is blended with various appropriate binders that protects the Induction furnace coils.
• Indtop: Indtop is a MgO based formulation which is used along with to 10 % foundry grade Sodium Silicate and is useful for making the furnace area outside the coil and the mouth of furnace.
