We are recasting the lightweight steel precision band in a controlled atmosphere hydrogen annealing furnace. This furnace can anneal everything from low carbon steels such as 1008 and 1010 to high carbon steels 1050, 1075 and 1095 in any gauge. We recycle the light steel precision band in a controlled hydrogen atmosphere furnace. This furnace can anneal everything from low carbon steels such as 1008 and 1010 to high carbon steels 1050, 1075 and 1095 in any gauge.

Our hydrogen annealing for metals is used:

(1) To anneal stainless steel without oxidation

(2) For the recrystallization of special steels resistant to heat

(3) To clean metal surfaces by removing carbon residues

(4) For annealing non-ferrous alloys such as copper, bronze, nickel silver or brass

(5) For sintering molded components of iron and (non-ferrous) powders

(6) For the reduction of metal oxides

(7) For the annealing of hardened steels after curing.
