This is a high quality marine engine cylinder lubricating oil specially developed for cross-head marine engines using inferior quality residual fuel oils. This oil is also suitable for engines burning residual fuels having sulphur content exceeding 4 %. It is particularly suitable for cylinder lubrication of the new generation two – stroke engines operating under high pressure & temperature and having stroke to bore ratio. This oil formulated with new generation additives to provide greater thermal stability, uniform lubricant distribution and film retention in the engine cylinder. The high alkalinity level of 70 tbn in this oil helps in withstanding the severe cylinder temperature & corrosive acid and provides good ring & liner protection.
