Magnetic Level Gauge is based on a bypass tube which has a float that moves with the level of liquid in tank. The display is by means of bi-colored rollers which are actuated by a powerful magnet in the float. The unit can also be provided with bi-stable switches that are mounted along the display frame and can be used for controlling pumps/ valves/ operating alarm etc.
