Magnetic Coolant Clarifiers are developed for filtering coolant oil, which is contaminated with ferrous material. In the beginning, the contaminated coolant is fed into the inlet of magnetic filter that passes through the gap between the magnetic drum and the body. Further, the drum is driven by a double reduction worm geared motors, which helps to attract the dust particles are attracted and held firmly by the magnetic drum.

Special Features:

    A synthetic rubber roller mounted on springs squeezes the dust and allows only dry dust, which is scraper and collecting tray

    The filtration level is achieved almost 95% for ferrous particles.

    These magnetic coolant filters are available in the range of 50 ltrs to 1000 ltrs. per minutes filtering capacities

    Lower and Higher capacities available as per the need
