The features of M7040 Mars series have an auto grinding cycle through NC Control with Programmable Display Units and MPG mode of operation for precise control of 0.001 mm in-feed. There are AC Servo drives with ball screw for vertical axis for accurate & precise controls and table movement by the hydraulic cylinder with end cushioning and infinitely variable speed and also Centralized automatic lubrication system with the Controlled temperature of lubrication oil ensures consistent oil film thickness resulting in improved grinding quality. There are Interlocks on table traverse/magnetic chuck and cycle start/spindle rotation and Magnet "ON" & "OFF" switch with Power variance for magnetic holding from 30% to 100%.
