In a class by itself, Lyophilization Systems Lab Series is a new generation laboratory freeze dryer that is both a shelf and manifold dryer. Your product can be loaded on the shelves and frozen prior to drying or can be frozen in an optional shell freezer for manifold drying.

For the fastest drying rates either an internal condenser or an external condenser with the optimum sized vapor port is supplied. Depending on the application, either a coil or plate style condenser is used. Hot water, hot gas or steam defrosts the Fluid filled hollow shelves with a serpentine fluid path provide the most uniform shelf temperature possible and results in consistent and repeatable drying. All units come with product trays, either a removable bottom or bulk. For processing vials, hydraulic stoppering is provided for maximum stoppering power.

For the fastest drying rates and maximum pump protection the condenser is located inside the chamber beneath the bottom shelf. Hot gas is used for defrosting the condenser when drying is complete.

Fluid filled hollow shelves with a serpentine fluid path provide the most uniform shelf temperature possible and results in consistent and repeatable drying. All units come with one product tray per shelf; either a removable bottom or bulk.

Pneumatic 'ram style' stoppering is provided by a bottom up pneumatic cylinder, which is powered by a self-contained air pump.
