Lightly Resin Bonded (LRB) Insulation Mattresses offered by us are as per the IS 8183 standards. These mattresses comprise fine fibers that are spun from special rocks. The fibers are melted at very high temperature and subsequently bonded with a thermosetting resin. Our mattresses have controlled thicknesses and densities which facilitate predictable heat loss. Specifications about thickness and density of these mattresses are as follows:
Thickness: 50 mm, 75 mm and 100 mm
Density: 100 kg, 120 kg and 150 kg
