This line is implemented in Mahindra Navistar, chackan plant, pune. This assembly fixture is designed with electro pneumatic system. This equipment suitable for all variants of trucks and buses base frame assembly with low time. This line is used for 5 tons to 32 tones trucks and buses, simple change over system is adapted for this station to avoid longer change over period which will ensure high productivity.
