We offer Liquid Painting Booths that is fitted with a washing tank. This tank comprise a water/alkali mixture that helps in breaking don the sticky over the spray resins. Hence, this tank helps in collecting the broken down resin. For catching the over spray and in carrying it down into the washing tank, a vertical water screen is provided along. The circulating pumps, nozzles, pipe works and filters perform the major functions of the booth. The paints used now-a-days can withstand alkali attack. The sticky paint penetrates into the pump and pipe work because the the over spray particles have minimal contact with the alkali. To meet international pollution control norms, the air velocities are controlled and ensured that these are maintained over the lowest explosive level. Best suited for conveyor related applications, these booth provide an ideal cutout on any one side of the booth. This cutout is done to suit component that comes on the tracks of the conveyor.
