Pure Lead Tin (PLT) batteries for Industries

Pure Lead Tin technology enables continuous manufacture of thin plates using automated assembly lines complete with sophisticated equipment and online quality checks.

Engineered by HBL, Pure Lead Tin battery (PLT) redefines performance. These batteries employ Pure Lead-Tin, thin plate design for high performance. These are Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) batteries designed using Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) separators. Use of AGM separators in combination with self-resealing, pressure regulating valves and a starved electrolyte design enable recombination of gasses generated during normal operation. This eliminates the need for electrolyte top-up.

Pure Lead Tin batteries are tested and certified by Intertek testing services as per IEC 60896-21&22:2004.
