An addition to our exclusive product range, is our Jewelery Casting Machine and Jewelry Making Machines that is used for casting Gold and Silver in a wide range of shapes and sizes like rod, strip, tube and section. Casting can be done for different alloys of gold like 10 carat, 12 carat, 14 carat, 16 carat, 18 carat, 22 carat and 24 carat pure gold. In silver, alloys like sterling silver of 92.5% purity with remaining copper, silver of ratio 80:20 and some brazing alloy for silver and gold are also castes. The jewelery casting machine utilizes horizontal continuous casting specially designed for small scale and highly precise usage. The machine has high density graphite crucibles and graphite die cast that utilizes the material thoroughly without any wastage and gives high quality output.
