Designed to meet a broad range of application, the Ci580 features the most common needed functions and capabilities necessary for the typical identification, lot/date code, batch, mfg date printing application. The Ci580 prints 1 or 4 lines of print and has the 12mm images. Text, graphics and Bar codes are possibles. The Ci580 systems feature the proprietary SmartFlush printhead maintenance operation. Makeup Solvent is used to clean the printhead, nozzle and gutter at startup and shutdown providing a consistent, reliable daily startup.
