The heating system comprises of two zone; an i/r heating zone (4kw) to raise the temperature of magnets to 115°c and zone (2kw) to maintain the temperature of magnets at 130°c at the exit end of the conveyor. An optional bottom ceramic heating stage will be required for heating magnetos weighing 14 kgs to approximately 110°c. A loading and unloading stage is provided for holding the magnets and it passes through the heating stages by means of friction only. Two temperature controllers (pid type) are provided for each heating stage and an alarm (tower lamp 3 stage) is provided for emergency indication.
additionally a safety circuit is incorporated in machine. If operator fails to remove the magneto after 5 minutes, the magneto which is in zone i will tend to over heat this magnet core. To avoid this, a sensor with timer is provided to drop down this temperature from set temperature to 50% less and maintain. Only upon deactivation of sensor the temperature will come back to its normal set temperature. This is an optional feature.
we envisage that the whole process of heating the magnets can be achieved within 3-4 minutes and your productivity is bound to rise with this machine. Further, the heating is uniform and non-destruction and the heaters used are reliable and proven in the field for more than 5 years. We provide free installation and warranty service for a period of one year and thereafter the machine can be covered by an annual service contract at nominal rates. Total power consumption of the machine is 6kw only and with optional ceramic heater it will be 12kw and the machine dimensions are enclosed.
