The wire is pulled from the Coil Pay-off Stand by two set of feeding rollers and passes through one sets of pre – straightening Rollers and High Speed Rotating Spinner. The rotating spinner is equipped with five numbers of quickly and easily adjustable dies.
The rotating spinner is designed to straightened mild steel wire (plain or ribbed). Cutting is done hydraulic The length of wire to be straightened and cut can be adjusted as desired on the scaling bar. The straightened and cut-to-length wires are collected on the wire collector.
