These are heavy duty ceramic insulated thermocouples available in SS304, SS316, SS310 and inconel 600 sheaths, in straight & L shapes. Our thermocouples are well known amidst our clients.

Fixed Male Fittings:

    Material : Stainless Steel, Brass for fixing for sensors to the matching female thread part on the process. Since the fittings is welded / brazed to the sensors tube, the immersion length of the sensors is fixed

Process Connection:

    Material : Stainless steel, brass for fixing of sensors to the matching female threaded part on the process. The fitting can be positioned anywhere along variable
    immersion length.

    Sizes Available : 1/8” to 1"

Adjustable Flange:
    Material : Stainless clamping sector provide immersion adjustment.

Fixed Flange:
    Material : Stainless steel for mounting thermocouples with fixed immersion length
