Our rolling shutter machine is based on latest technology with machine speed of about 150 meters per hour. Our shutter machine is used for manufacturing rolling shutters. Fabricated using steel, our machine is fitted with a number of rolls with forming dies on it. The drive of the machine is by Hobber cut spur gears and the dies rotate in gunmetal bearing having full lubrication arrangement. The driving arrangement is by AC 3 phase 50 cycle 400/440 volts 3 H.P. motor with pulleys, starter, slide-rails etc. Furthermore, our machine is available with necessary guides and supports are provided for the strips to pass through rolls, coils & roll, can be loaded on a stand.
