These Industrial Oven also have expansion joints to eliminate the expansion of the oven sections. The baking process is effectively monitored by the inspection windows fitted in the ovens. Designed to perfection, the ovens are insulated with 8" or 10" thick mineral wool from all sides. This results in overall heating and proper baking. Industrial Ovens manufactured by us are safely designed to prevent combustion gases from entering the baking zone. This is achieved through the closed circulation system having slight vacuum.
