The Perfect Impact Pulverizer is very sophisticated and consist of whizzer classifier for fine regulation, encased rotor carrying swing hammers and pressure gradient creator mounted on a solid shaft. The raw material enters manually or automatically from the feed hopper to the roll feeder. And as the feeder pockets rotate spills into the grinding chamber, the impact to the hammers on the feed material against the liner plates, grinds it into fine powder. The next step involves in carrying the ground material toward the wizzer classifier, where the large size particles are rejected by the finess regulators (whizzer classifier). These particles are then sent back to the grinding chamber, for further grinding. Classified material is then conveyed into the cyclone for collection and bagging. There is a dust collector provided in the system, which conducts dustless operation with no wastage of ground powder.
