Hydraulic Deep Draw Presses are useful in Automobile, Radiator manufacturing & Sheet Metal Industries. The Press body is steel fabricated from tested raw materials and process welded to withstand peak loads. Pressure pad and Punch holders are guided from four sides by close tolerance guides for parallel and smooth motion of ram. The rams have dual speed for fast approach by low pressure and slow pressing by high pressure. Stroke adjustments to be controlled by proximity switches.
