We provide Hot Water Generators that are designed in accordance with the water/chemical heating load. These generators are meant for chemicals treatments that are suitable for temperatures between 250 to 70°C. These sliding temperature boilers have compact size. Modern technologies related to combustion and the electronic control of the burner are used in these generators. Highly dependable, excellent in performance, energy saver and help in controlling noise and polluting emissions. With the help of water pump & each heating tank and through the SS/Titanium pipes, the hot water is circulated in the tanks. The heating tank has a auto water cut supplier. This features helps in maintaining the temperature of the generator after it is achieved once. All the components are fixed on a mild steel base frame. Integral wiring is thoroughly checked prior to the dispatch.

    Fully automatic combustion equipment arranged for moduling type or on/off, high/low/off, control.
    The Burner is arranged for electric ignition equipment, forced draught fan and drive motor.
    The burner comprises a photoelectric cell (oil) or Ionization/Ultra Violet cell (Gas) flame equipment.
    A feed pump is fitted in these generators that is electric motor driven. This pump can be fitted with a mechanical seal instead of standard graph oil gland packing
    Components: Starters, control replays, timers and main isolator are placed in a dust and damp proof cabinet. This cabinet is placed on the left hand side of generator base frame. The panel is factory wired to the various electrical components mounted on the generator and burner.
