Supported by our efficient team of personnel, we manufacture heat resistant paints to our customers. Our heat resistant aluminum paints can resist heat up to 250°C. These are available in high lustre two pack aluminum paint with remarkable protective properties. Our paints can be used as heat resistant coating for chimney stacks, Pipes, Petro-Chemical & water tanks, boiler fronts, duct work, piping and furnace structure. These paints give good performance in external and internal application in offices, buildings, factories, warehouses and industrial plants. Due to its higher reflectance value, this paint has special use in coating exterior of storage tanks in oil industry
Surface Preparation:
Steel surfaces:
Surface should be perfectly clean and dry before painting. Degrease and blast clean to Sa 2½ grade minimum of Swedish specification SIS - 05 - 5900 - 1967. If blast cleaning is not practical make full use of mechanical tools along with manual cleaning and wire brushing to remove loose rust/scale to St 2 or St 3 grade of Swedish Specification. As heat resistant coating above 100°C, paint to be applied directly on cleaned metal surface free from any rust and remnants of any old coating. For other uses (Below 100°C) the paint should go on appropriate primers.
