Likewise PVC pipe extruders, these products are also developed and manufactured with German Technology and are used for high speed extrusion of various polyolefin materials like PE, PP, PB, PERT, ABS etc. The diameters of screws range from 20mm to 200mm. This machine finds its main application in the extrusion of polyolefin plastics. It has slotted feeder cylinder and novel screw design to enhance plasticization. High extrusive volume, low melt temperature, wide applicable material range is a few of its advantages. Control system is also available with option of Microcomputer.
