We offer a comprehensive range of hard facing electrodes that is a medium-heavy coated retile type, air-hardening type electrode. These are used for hard facing applications on mild steel, carbon steels and low alloy steels, which requires approximately 600 Brielle hardness. Suitable for abrasion, impact or a combination of both, the weld is non-machinable and can only be ground. These give a buffer layer of stainless steel with CITOCHROMAX-N, when used on austenitic manganese steel parts. A buffer layer with UNIVERSE is recommended before depositing on carbon steels.
