Our range of Digitrace system is able to locate and pin-point Earth faults ON- LINE in the floating DC system without even turning off any of the substation circuits/feeders. This is the only system that is capable of locating the difficult points of cable mixing in a dual battery system.

This is an auto-calibrated system that consists of one main unit: the housing transmitter as well as receivers along with 8/16 Probes that is emanated from the main unit. It is clamped on the out going feeders. This Digitrace system is a compact kit which is linked to the DC bus. This is highly sensitive equipment that helps in locating all the faults together with high resistance (up to 400 kΩ) in the floating DC system.

This further helps in indicating whether the fault is negative or positive. In the main unit, this system has a LED light, one for each feeder that helps in automatic blinking of the corresponding feeder of the sensed fault feeder
• Fault Location: With the help of portable handy receiver unit, this system provides a conceived sensing as well as tracking of different type of faults in DC floating system
• Fault Tracking: This portable receiver unit further assists the user in locating the exact fault point on the cable
