Instructions for Use

To make full use of these, following instructions should be followed: Lay these Pacs flat in a freezer at -15°C to -18°C to till they get completely frozen and then they are ready to use.

For commercial transport/shipping of food or medical products you are required to place these frozen gel ice pacs over food or medical products to treat them with cold air. To get optimum cooling results, take care of dead spaces and keep some additional gel ice pacs at the bottom and along sides & corners of the consignment vessel.

Reusable Ice Packs can retain a temperature range of perishables between 2°C to 16°C so we would suggest that shipping and storage trials should be conducted to determine the amount of Gel Ice Rigid Pac required to maintain the above mentioned range.

We make available Rigid Pacs in 2 Sizes:

Small 350ml, Size 175x95x35mm (Case of 24). 

Medium 750ml, Size 200x135x40mm (Case of 15)

Product Life

Proper care can ensure a repeated use of these gel ice rigid pacs and may assure unlimited life expectancy due to which they are known as very cost effective products.

Disposal

In case of any leakage, flush these away with water and dispose the pac.
