Soybean flour is manufactured or produced from clean, healthy and healthy non-GMO soy beans by the cracking, cutting, grinding and roasting process in the air classifier mill under hygienic conditions. The coarser particles are separated by classification of the air to obtain a powder of pale yellow color free flowing of high quality. Soy flour is a product of the milling of soy flakes that have either retained the natural soybean oil to make the whole flour. Flour products with a total fat content appear in active enzymatic form and in different particle sizes from ultra-fine powders.
