Design: Blue-Chip Cooling Towers are in Counter flow design to achieve optimum performance by Uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer.

Casing: It is made of FRP segments and is structurally strong enough to with - stand various forces and impact.

Basin: FRP type with fittings viz, make up, overflow & drain connection. It is an optional feature.

Fill: It is made of rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), is of honeycomb design and ensures optimum time of contact between air and water to enhance efficient cooling. It is available in modular arrangement, thereby easing maintenance / refixing in shortest possible time. The air pressure drop through the fill is also very negligible.

Eliminator: It is made of rigid PVC and ensures reduced water carry over losses.

Water Distribution System: It is made of static pipes with multiple branch arms and polypropylene spray nozzles ensuring uniform water distribution throughout the fill area, and thus achieving cooling efficiency.

Fan: The fan is of Axial Flow type, and is directly driven which saves from the perennial headache of V-belts/Gear drive. The fan blades are of Cast Aluminum alloy, and it is statically and dynamically balanced.

Fan Drive Motor: It is available in T.E.F.C. Weatherproof, IP-55 enclosure, Class 'B insulation, suitable for outdoor installation and is from reputed makes.

Access Window: It is provided for maintenance and periodical checking of the various segments of the Cooling Tower, without disturbing the normal working of the Cooling Tower.
