We manufacture various type of electrically heated with maximum temperature of 1375^o C chamber type forging furnaces. The energy consumption in Silcarb furnaces is as low as 0.5 units of power per kg of steel forged. Coupling together two Silcarb furnaces can yield an output of up to 150 kg per hour. Forging furnaces out do induction furnaces as in the same furnace various shapes of steel could be forged, which is not possible in induction furnace. In addition, re-forging is also possible in these forging furnaces.
