We provide complete Flocking Units that is compact in size and designed with high end functions. Extensively used in powder coating paints (Powder) manufacturing companies for laboratory testing & sampling. Small panels and items can be easily coated with these units. It comprises cup-type spray gun that is precisely engineered and can coat with a very minimal powder quantity. Varied shades or types of powder can be kept in the cup/containers with caps that are provided along with this system.

    Electrical Lab. Model Oven 18" x 18" 18" working inside stainless steel chamber with wire mesh trays & hanging rods.
    Digitally temperature controller with air circulation blower on the top for uniform temperature inside the oven
    Powder Coating Booth: 36" x 24" x 24" working size chamber with powder recovery system along with powder collector bin 5 Kgs
