Various steps of electropolishing are as following:

Cleaning [ 6% hot solution of DIGOSA-30]

Water rinsing / Water rinsing [ In hot water]

Drying

Electro-polishing [for 5 to 12 min.]

Water rinsing / Water rinsing (D. M. water)

Passivation [5% Solution of PASIO 77 @ 200C]

Water rinsing / Hot water rinsing

Drying.
