Construction :

These oven have rugged body made of iron and are double walled. Properly reinforced on all essential sides to keep the body stable. The outer part and inside are made of high grade thick mild steel sheet. Further, the outer part is painted with silver gray hammer tone and inner part is durably painted with high temperature aluminum paint. Between the two walls of oven, a rock-wool slap (insulation) of density 96 kg/m is fitted. Male female joints are used for lessening the chances for the air leakage.

Air Circulation :

A suitably shaped fan driven by a 'V' belt is fitted-in the inner working space. The ‘V’ belt is run with the help of a motor of with optimum capacity. The motor and bracket with bearing are fitted outside the chamber. Hence, as and when required, these ovens can be serviced and oiled easily. The heating elements that are provided on the both sides of the oven allow the air to circulate after it passes through the inner chamber.

Temperature Control :

The digital thermostat/digital temperature indicator cum controller comes with different settings. It is fitted on to the control panel and known can be easily adjusted.
