This results in net cooling effict and lowering the temperature inside the structure. It also offers excellent adhesion and low-sheen finish that is resistance to mildew and algae. The coating helps to bridge minor surface imperfections while protecting against driving rains and keeping the moisture out of your structure. The coating has practically no weight and therfore can be applied for any surfaces including lightweigt roof or thin sheet panels. Thus this highly engireered coating reduces the heat more effectively than normal conventional coatings.
