Our Rotary Drum Dryer works in two ways concurrently i.e. drying and cooling the material and conserving energy up to 40%. Our rotary drum dryer is fortified with superior parts as main body, screw type conveyor, cyclone, air lock and fan which has a capacity to reduce the moisture by more than 60% .Drum Dryer is a slow speed rotating drum, a part of the drum is submerged in an attached trough contains wet feed. Heat is applied to the inside of the rotating drum through drum hollow shaft and thorough rotary joint and the wet feed clings to the outside of the drum.

• Drying Drums: High engineering hard chrome plate or hard cast iron, stainless steel or custom alloys
• Knife Bars: Cast iron or stainless steel clad cast iron with pneumatic operation as standard. (Oscillating knife mechanisms optional)
• Knives: Sheffield steel, special stainless steel, Teflon, or stainless steel blade holders tipped with beryllium bronze for custom applications
• Dam Plates: Provided where necessary, faced with Teflon or similar
• Drum Drives: Fixed or variable speed
• Safety gear : (Twin Drum) Spring loaded
• Enclosure: Vapor extraction hood, total, dust tight or nitrogen atmosphere capable
