Ground Nuts, Linseeds, Copra, Mustard Seed and Plum Kernels require single crushing operation while a Poppy Seed, Rape Seed and Sun Flower Seed requires double operation. Owing to its unmatched features, only a minimal amount of 5 % to 7 % oil is left in the oil cake. Single or double steam jacket is provided with according to the particular area, wet or dry climate. Gear box is properly mounted and checked with dial indicator to ensure ideal zero alignment of worm shaft and presence of impeccable chamber ensures better crushing and optimum output from the mechanism.
