The System consist of a central Ozone Generator and Ozone is taken to the process, packing area or cold rooms and diffused by using Multiple Diffusers installed at critical locations. The concentration of Ozone is monitored and a Feedback is being provided to the Central Ozone Generator.
An Ethylene Monitor can be installed for controlling Ethylene content in the Cold Storages for controlling the ripening process and keeping the product fresh for a very long duration.
