This was a rolling mill for seamless pipes. Total cost of expansion project was about 3000 Millions and the cost of utilities under our scope was about 100 Millions. 

We have been involved in the project since its concept stages and our scope ended at the time when contractors were appointed. 

Data collection / mapping from our client, Interactions with principle equipment manufacturers, quantities and qualitative analysis of utilities, Planning and defining specifications for capital equipments, piping designing, designs for Tanks & Pumphouses, Water Treatment Plants, distribution engineering, Cooling Towers, Structural Fabrications and many such activities were part of our scope.

Preparation of comprehensive design data, drawings, and Bill Of Material with specifications for tendering process, identifying vendors and suppliers was major part of our activities.
