Even though several studies have shown positive results there are still several skeptics out there on just how good Curcumin is for you and if the results in the studies will work the same in real life. The problem is that most of the studies done on Curcumin have been done on mice or test tubes. The Antioxidant properties are amazing when looked at test tube results but there have been no clear reports in humans. The reason for this is the low absorption rate of Curcumin. But there have been some studies that have found that Curcumin in the gastrointestinal tract is able to inhibit oxidative damage. Curcumin has also been found to inhibit oxidation by inhibiting enzymes that play a role in oxidation.
