We manufacture and design a wide range of FRP cooling towers, available in crossflow type-MD series which are known for their maximum service life, performance and dependability. Our range of FRP cooling towers can be easily adapted in various types of water cooling applications. For the manufacturing our cooling towers, we select quality basic material which makes it free from corrosion and chemicals. This is made sure by using FRP, PVC and MSHDG / SS supporting structure. Design specifications:

The cross flow cooling tower is operated in accordance with the crossflow principle, where the hot water is filled in an FRP splash box consisting target nozzles in the bottom of the box. These nozzles are used to evenly distribute water on the PVC perforated 'v' bar fill. Due to the evaporation and direct contact the water transfers heat to the air which is further sucked in with the help of propeller type fan. The cold water is collected for recirculation in a basin, at the bottom of the tower.

Casing:

We offer casing which is made up of tough FRP panels with a sufficient structural strength which is capable of withstanding high wind vibrations and velocities.

Fills and Drift Eliminator:

We supply PVC 'v' bar type fill which is used to serve longer air water contact, maximum watted surface and very efficient cooling of water. Our drift eliminators are made from PVC and are placed between the fan cylinder and the fill.

Water Distribution System:

Our distribution splash box for hot water is open gravity type, which is made up of FRP and HDPE gravity target nozzles.

Basin:

We design and construct RCC basin in accordance with the client’s specifications.

Fan:

We design aero dynamic fans which are directly driven from propeller type. These are statically and dynamically balanced and are made up of adjustable aluminum blades and hub.

Electric Motor:

Our electric motors are enclosed flange mounted motors, available with an extended shaft and a sealed top which is supplied with cooling towers. These motors are suitable for humid and hot an atmosphere which is covered by FRP motor covers and are totally weather proof with the help of ip-55 degree of protection.
