Our fully-automatic Prover is good at fermentation for rapid production in cake and bread factory, bread shop, etc.We offer Prover in a variety of specifications. Chamber of the Prover has construction in puf insulated stainless steel panels and doors. It has optional aluminum chequered floor, strong hinges, locking systems with sweeping gaskets to avoid leakage. In addition it has efficient climatization.
