Various operations such as degumming, gum conditioning, neutralization and washing with water can be carried out in this plant. The installations are designed for maximum versatility, trouble-free operation and to deal with raw materials obtained from different sources.

The change of raw material requires a very short downtime due to the low volumes of oils contained in the plant and the ease of modification of the process parameters. In addition, the use of the best centrifugal separators ensures high yields and a quality of neutral oil of constant quality. The entire plant is designed for continuous operation and requires minimal attention. The equipment can be controlled from a central control panel with large flow diagram easy to read process and the whole plant can be manipulated by a single operator. Moreover, the robustness and the quality of all the parts used allow a simple operation and a reduced maintenance.
