Available with 2 or more rows which depends on counter-flow circuiting of Refrigerant gas with respect to airflow, this range is as par the industry set quality parameters. For having great bonding between fins and copper tubes for having mechanical expansion which are lurched in the direction of airflow and aids in better heat transfer.

Corrugated plate type fin that is die-formed
Aluminium fin 36 g (0.15 mm) thick with optional fins per inch available 4 to 14
Aluminium fin 30 g (0.3 mm) thick with optional fins per inch available up to 10
Seamless mild steel & copper headers, sized to minimize water pressure drop with die-formed holes
These headers provide a parallel surface to the coil tube for strong brazing joints
MFE have provided different types of circuits like quarter circuit, half circuit, full circuit and casing
Tube/sheet top and bottom of 10-20 g G.I. / SS
All joints brazed with high temperature copper based alloy
All coil assemblies are tested with nitrogen filled at 25 kg / cm2
