We are known for our Component Inspection System - NI Vision, which is convenient to use. Before the pouring process, these systems are used for inspection cast. For foundry, this application is developed. Moreover, for various cast sizes, different types of scrip files are generated. The maximum size of the cast is 1200*700 mm and 3mm is the smallest inspected part. In order to control the entire process, software is communicated through PLC.
