We have designed utilities for many projects working as a part of team with principle consultant / principle contractor. 

This was a Multinational giant from Europe and USA, planning an SEZ near Pune over 300 Acres. 

We were involved in the project even before the land was finalized. Making a feasibility report based on requirement inputs from client was first stage of our activities. Here we worked very closely with client as well as principle design build consultants. Preparing general cost estimate for budget with assumptions was the second stage. After the due-diligences and acceptance of budgets, detailed planning of utilities with actual architectural plans was third stage. A comprehensive design document is prepared which can be a guideline for Design–Build team at the time of execution or even at the time of quoting for the project. 

A team of experts from the main plant in USA visited and inspected all the documents, designs. A two day discussion and exchange of information was held between the design team and clients. After necessary modifications, final document for contractors is formed. 

A close interaction, supervision and quality assurance at the time of execution will be part of our responsibility.
